Booking Terms
Especially with respect to our Mesaria location, you are welcome to book a visit through the “Book your visit” form in our Website. Following submission of the reservation request you will receive from us a confirmation email with all your visit details. Your reservation is valid only after you receive the confirmation email from us. The tour is free of charge and there is no cancellation fee. We are going to call you 24 hours before your scheduled free tour in order to confirm your visit. In case we cannot reach you the day before the scheduled visit, the tour is automatically cancelled.
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your visit due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will inform you promptly in such cases.
All the data provided by you while booking your free tour are subject to our Personal Data Protection Policy.
Limitation of liability
Even though we make every possible effort, by taking all required measures to offer a high level of security, we cannot guarantee the operation, content, accuracy, timeliness, technical adequacy, precision, clarity, appropriateness, validity and availability of the Website, or the use of and access to it.
