A little about Irene and her practice

Irene Varinou is a Psychologist and Expressive Arts Therapist specializing in group dynamics. With over 15 years of studies and experience in Greece and abroad, she works with individuals and groups in Athens, Santorini, and online.

Her practice is rooted in embodied presence, learning how to truly land within ourselves and express from a place of authenticity. Expressive arts become the means to give form to what lives inside us: sensations, emotions, inner parts, and lived experience, bridging awareness and healing.

Within her Soul Rhythm approach, arts, authentic movement, and musical expression are gently combined with mindfulness-oriented practices.
