Set within Mati Mesaria and its permanent exhibition of works by Yorgos Kypris, this immersive movement experience unfolds in dialogue between body, artwork, architecture, sound, and nature. Guided by musician and embodied practitioner Kinga Sito, participants are invited to explore the body as a living space of awareness and expression, where movement becomes a way of perceiving and relating to the environment.
Please note that prior registration is needed.
Through free-flow dance, breath, and music, the senses are gently awakened and movement becomes an experience of resonance – with oneself, with others, with the gallery space, and with the surrounding landscape.
Music will be our precious collaborator in this journey, from soft and spacious to powerful and rhythmic crescendos. The workshop unfolds as an open exploration of embodiment, presence, intuition, and spatial interaction. No choreography, no performance, only the invitation to move, dance, perceive, and be moved.

With roots in music, voice, somatics, and yoga, Kinga Sito creates spaces for community singing, free movement, and vocal exploration, inviting connection, creativity, and authenticity through shared presence. Since 2019, she has co-founded and runs Cybele Holistic Space in Santorini with Nikolas Velonias, a space dedicated to holistic approaches to wellbeing through music, movement, acupuncture, and Chinese medicine.
Born in Poland and raised in Santorini, Kinga studied classical piano and music theory in Athens, receiving her diploma with distinction from the Athenaeum Conservatory. Her artistic and educational path includes training in choir direction and vocal practices, as well as continued studies in yoga, somatics, dance, and Chinese medicine with international teachers and practitioners.
Her work integrates voice, body, and movement as tools for presence and connection. She believes that community singing and free movement are ancient, shared practices that help dissolve separation and reconnect us to a more tender, conscious, and collective way of being.
