During this experience, we guide our guests on a journey that awakens the senses, encouraging them to explore the island in a way that goes beyond the surface. We aim to present the continuity of tradition and the excitement of innovation.

In partnership with Hatzidakis winery, we offer a unique wine tasting experience together with an art tour that invites you into the world of Yorgos Kypris through Confession, a retrospective spanning four decades of his career. By merging wine and art, we invite our guests into a space where tradition and creativity unite, transforming the act of seeing and tasting becomes into an act of feeling.

● Wine tasting (6 labels from Hatzidakis winery) + an introduction to Santorini’s history of wine production
